Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns and content creation (social media, email, and web)
- Support virtual events, workshops, and community initiatives
- Conduct basic research on business trends, audience engagement, and competitors
- Collaborate on project planning and execution for empowerment-focused programs

Help manage project communications and outreach with partners and stakeholders
Must Have
- Strong interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, or community development
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Suite, Canva, Zoom, etc.)
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or with a small team

Access to a reliable internet connection and digital device
Nice to have
- Experience with social media platforms or content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer)
- Familiarity with basic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot)
- Previous involvement in volunteer, leadership, or entrepreneurial activities
- Interest in women’s empowerment, Caribbean culture, or tourism
