RESPONSIBILITIES

Education

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Certification or coursework in customer service, communications, or IT.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in chat support or digital communication roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Skills
